Abstract

Surgical and medical complications in wound healing become huge obstacles in the procedures of surgeons and doctors particularly plastic and reconstructive surgeons.  In this case study plastic surgery and control of infectious diseases are examined as factors that aid in the healing process of patients. It employs a sample of 180 individuals that have various wounds and the severity of infection.  Nine elaborate tables and 12 intricate visualizations indicate that early surgery combined with customised antibiotic medication has a massive effect on wound healing.  The rapidity of recovery of worry patients given Vancomycin and Ceftriaxone was found to be quicker in the case of clean of moderately infected wounds.  Conversely, non-healing wounds were larger than and healed more slowly than necrotic, severely infected wounds.  Scatter plots and regression overlay indicated strong negative relation between the size of wound and the rate at which the wound healed. The pie and bar charts indicated the spreading of the disease and the successfully working of therapy on various categories of patients.  Demographic and seasonal tendencies were also noted, and they revealed that wound care treatments must be tailored to an individual.  This approach that couples the accuracy of surgery with infective control is a holistic solution to the question of how to treat complex wounds.  The results provide physicians with the method to make decisions concerning the care of wounds and employ predictive analysis in the future.
